Jay is an experienced business development, sales, and marketing professional, passionate about seeing businesses flourish in an extremely competitive market.
Originally from New Zealand, where he completed his studies in Naval Architecture, he moved to the Cayman Islands in 2014 in pursuit of joining a fast-paced industry that would help continue to cultivate his creative juices.
Jay has spent the last six years working at Cayman’s premier multimedia and broadcasting company with leading assets in television, radio, and digital media. Jay managed a team of 7 sales executives and led the creative and tactical direction of advertising campaigns to guarantee ad spend was invested correctly and ensured the best return on investment for his clients.
Jay has worked closely with many industry-leading brands such as Digicel, Burger King, and The Westin. Jay has also led the execution of some of Cayman’s largest events including Parade of Lights, Ice on Ice, and What Women Want.
Having spent many years working closely with clients, Jay is passionate about building long-lasting relationships and keeping them alive through his transparency, integrity, trust, and partnership. No matter what the problem is, he always makes the time to ensure his clients feel confident, satisfied, and in safe hands.
Marketing Strategist | Co-Founder
Brydie is an energetic, forward thinking and creative Brand and Marketing Strategist who has worked in public relations, communications, marketing and events roles across the commercial and not-for-profit sector for the past seven years.
Originally from Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Brydie started her career working for one the world’s biggest marketing and advertising agencies, Ogilvy.
With experience across many industries including luxury brands, health, government, media, tourism and finance, Brydie lives and breathes marketing strategy and she loves seeing an out of the box idea come to life and deliver results.
Having spent 3 years working in the Cayman Islands, Brydie knows what it takes to ensure brands stand out in a competitive market. While working on island she has spearheaded retail campaigns for C3 Pure Fibre and Hurley’s Marketplace, managed the creative execution of Cayman’s largest event, Taste of Cayman (2019), health campaigns for Health City and worked alongside the Cayman Island Government on public education and awareness campaigns.
Alex is an ambitious, results-driven marketing professional with over half a decade of industry experience. He began his career in Toronto in production management for large-scale sponsorship and lead-generating events. Alex is well known for his innovative problem-solving, tactical marketing knowledge and passion for theoretical analysis.
Originally from Canada with a postgraduate degree in Sports and Event Marketing, Alex’s expertise includes – but is not limited to – customer insights, project management, strategically aligned properties, non-profit partners, and campaign implementations.
Alex has spent the last three years developing experiential marketing programs and managing accounts for Financial, Insurance, Telecommunications, Automotive, Retail and CPG companies. He leads programs with exceptional execution, focuses on future brand opportunities, and takes great pride in exceeding identified objectives for his clients. Alex has a proven track record of increasing brand market share and awareness while maintaining strong, meaningful relationships.
Marketing Account Manager
NorDania is a detail-oriented marketer passionate about providing outstanding support to clients and building tailored and effective marketing strategies.
Born and raised in Grand Cayman, NorDania spent 8 years studying and working in London where she obtained her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Public Relations and Marketing related fields.
NorDania has worked with FMCG brands across the food, home and beauty categories for one of the largest insights and media agencies with leading strategies in print, digital, social and POS marketing. Here, she managed a portfolio of up to 100 clients, ensuring their innovative ideas resulted in goal-achieving strategies.
In addition to executing top-performing marketing campaigns, NorDania also has an aptitude for organizing events with flare. She has worked with Cayman Connection; a global community network for individual sand businesses associated with the Cayman Islands, to bring networking events to life both in London and Cayman. She is now excited to focus her knowledge and expertise into growing and developing local businesses.
